Description
The “Acid Test Kit” consists of a syringe, sodium hydroxide and phenophalein solution, used to determine the acid level of a wine must. All wine kits have predetermined (always lower than their commercial counterparts) acid levels to ensure faster aging and product consistency. Acid titration allows the amateur winemaker to adjust (increase) the starting acid levels for longer term aging of wine
