Corve Brut is produced from prized Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley. It is fi ne and re fi ned with a broad and delicate bouquet reminiscent of ripe fruit (quince, apricot and Spadone pear), custard and white chocolate. The light notes of almond and strudel and the delicate hints of dried fruit accompany a rich and persistent fl avour.

Corve Brut is made from prized Chardonnay grapes grown on the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley at altitudes above 549 m asl. The sandy-loam soil, deep, rich in stones, and the strong temperature !uctuations typical of this high-altitude area, condition the slow, gradual ripening of the grapes and ensure a proper accumulation of the important mineral and aromatic components.
