“Freshly baked apple pie, made with the green granny smith type apples. Madeira cake and almonds or marzipan. Over time the marzipan tends to dominate. The addition of water brings out more fruitiness. This continues onto the palate with the a little spice and white pepper. The finish is long and dry with oak and citrus peel.”
