Definition: In the terms specified by the European Community in accordance with R(EEC) n 1576/89 it is a spirit drink of the Brandy type produced from wine spirit which has been distilled from the finest wines (holandas) then matured and aged over a long period in oak casks. In Spain it is classified as a brandy of the Specific Denomination Brandy de Jerez belonging to the category of Solera Gran Reserva. Raw material: The extraordinary characteristics of this brandy are a direct consequence of its raw materials: a combination of soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. Excellence upon excellence. A very old brandy with a complexity which only time can bestow.
