The palate is faithful to the first impressions with peaches aromas white fruits marmalade which bring a slightly silky roundness. A very mineral tension prolongs its aromas with a deep lightness. The vinous frame is maintained in freshness with acidulous and precise notes at the end of the mouth. Wonderful with a tartar of sea bream spiced with lemon.
