The Whistler 10-year-old French Oak Finish Irish Whiskey is 100% single malt. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 8-years and finished for 2-years in French Sessile Barriques previously used for Grand Cru Bordeaux white wine. The French casks are shaved and toasted for 90-minutes to create fruit flavors of apple white grape lime.
